Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient team performance.

In this role, you will lead and support the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service, manage daily operations such as check-in/check-out, billing and reporting, handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

You will also coordinate with other departments including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Sales, Reservations and Finance to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel Front Office as a Duty Manager, strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in hotel systems and passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage daily operations such as check-in/check-out, billing and reporting
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Train, mentor and develop the team

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a hotel Front Office as a Duty Manager
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in hotel systems, Opera and Accor systems
  • Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings
