State Operations Manager
Job Description:- We develop and deliver robust business strategies to meet contractual and operational requirements.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and suppliers, acting as a key representative of our organization in the delivery of our services.
- We provide regular reporting on budget and operational outcomes to clients at financial and operational meetings, including contractual KPI performance.
- Our reports are submitted on time and meet expectations.
- We meet regularly with suppliers and clients to drive better products, experiences, partnerships, and pricing.
- We maintain complete visibility of financial operations with our corporate team at all times.
- We continually develop new initiatives across hospitality services.
- We deliver our contractual obligations and compliance with KPIs and performance measures as prescribed in our contractual obligations.
- We oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services business in assigned regions, including establishing new services and decommissioning services as a result of asset churn, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Senior leadership experience in hospitality operations with strong financial and client management skills.
- We can lead and inspire teams while embedding our culture.
- We have commercial acumen with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
