ahs hospitality is Australia and New Zealand's largest provider of outsourced housekeeping management services to the hospitality industry and partners with the most iconic hotel brands.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to manage a portfolio of housekeeping contracts throughout SE QLD.

Reporting to the General Manager SE QLD you will be responsible for meeting budget at each site, maintaining great relationships with clients and ensuring the team deliver their KPI's.

- You would be responsible for the operations and account management of various clients
- Development, Training and Coaching of your senior leaders also known as Housekeeping Managers
- Your love of detail, quality, compliance, health and safety practises - they would need to meet the high standards of ahs hospitality as well as your associated client base
- Full control of your regions budget and monthly P&L
- A productive mind with they key attributes of forward thinking, strategy development and a team playing attitude
