Job Title: Hospitality Operations Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as an Operations Lead. This role involves providing strategic support and guidance to venue teams across Regional Queensland, driving business growth and excellence in customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Provide expert leadership and management of hotel / venue operations and employees, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of performance.
  • Analyze key business metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including guests, employees, and community partners.
  • Manage conflicts and challenging situations with poise and professionalism, upholding company values and standards.

Requirements:

  • Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG.
  • Proven track record of leadership, training, and motivational skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • High personal presentation and hygiene standards, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Thorough understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience in managing high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments, with a proven ability to drive results and achieve goals.
