We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team in Melbourne.
This role involves managing the front desk reception, welcoming patients, supporting healthcare teams, and performing general administration duties.
- Greet patients and welcome them into the centre.
- Collect and enter patient details into the database.
- Schedule appointments when required.
- Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
- Provide administration support and perform other ad hoc duties.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with previous experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
