We're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Store Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging store managers and staff to reduce food waste and increase supply.
- Engage store managers and staff to identify opportunities for reducing food waste and increasing supply.
- Monitor data and escalate where necessary to ensure maximum supply.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff, providing support onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Work with prominent brands across various segments, including Grocery, Café, Convenience, and Fast-Casual.
- Operate in a hands-on capacity to ensure stores have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with the Key Accounts Team Leader and Business Development Managers to engage stores directly via phone and email to optimize engagement, improve performance, and increase supply.
- Provide a smooth onboarding process for new stores using scalable tools and methods, delivering training to new managers and staff.
- Perform administrative tasks, including updating store information and ensuring data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with exceptional phone skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
