">As the Assistant Store Manager within our Millers Junction Store, your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively with the team and Store Manager to drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the store's overall performance.
">You'll bring significant value by:
">- Leading by example, inspiring, and delighting our customers, enabling them to create their own style of home.
- Being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPIs while supporting the team achieve theirs.
- Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing, and training the wider team.
- Contribute to the successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget.
- Analysing reports and proactively identifying opportunities to increase the customer experience.
