Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Consultant

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work. You will conduct thorough assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, and implement intervention programs to support clients' recovery and independence.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored rehabilitation plans, designing and implementing intervention programs, identifying barriers, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Current or ability to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
