Job Description:

As a Workplace Experience Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. Your primary objective will be to strengthen relationships between JLL, service partners, and our client, ensuring superior service delivery while fostering personal and professional growth.

Key responsibilities include managing daily pantry operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, stocking areas, and maintaining quality standards. You will also proactively identify and address culinary program issues, coordinating with leadership and vendors when necessary.

Additionally, you will regularly inspect and conduct floor walkthroughs to ensure that cleaning, food, and other services meet our standards, providing the client with a high-quality experience. Building and maintaining productive relationships with third-party vendors and service partners is also crucial to your success.

Furthermore, you will develop meaningful relationships with Client employees and guests, maintaining high visibility throughout the workplace. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries are also essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in the hospitality, facilities, property management, or food and beverage industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism, with a passion for hospitality
  • Strong ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to new technology or experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and independently
