Job Title: Support Coordinator

NADO Disability & Aged Care is a community-based charity that provides services and supports for people with disabilities, the frail and aged, and their families and carers.

The Role

Empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives requires passion, dedication, and a strong understanding of the NDIS framework. As a Support Coordinator, you will interpret, assist with, and implement NDIS Participant's plans to strengthen their ability to coordinate their own supports and become more engaged in the community.

About You:

  • You will demonstrate strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and principles, excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and principles
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check, first aid, and a certificate in Disability or a related discipline
