Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of luxury automotive events and activations
  • Coordinate all event logistics, supplier relationships, and on-site execution
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, partners, and VIP guests
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting
  • Extensive travel nationally and internationally to oversee events
  • Uphold brand standards and deliver seamless, memorable experiences
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in end-to-end event management, ideally within luxury, automotive, or lifestyle sectors
  • Highly organised, hands-on, and solutions-driven
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
