Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our team in the development and expansion of agricultural activities across various regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key relationships with stakeholders, overseeing construction management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of agricultural operations
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies
  • Oversee the construction process, including civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation
  • Quote, tender, and manage sub-contractors
  • Lead a team of supervisors and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction management, preferably in the agricultural industry
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to travel between regional areas
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field
