Project Manager: Construction & Development

This role involves overseeing the construction and development of industrial and agricultural projects in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO, providing expert advice on construction, compliance, and regulatory matters.

  • Develop and expand agricultural activities across NSW, VIC, and NZ.
  • Manage key relationships with stakeholders, including processers, customers, WHS, trades, regulatory bodies, and employees.
  • Oversee onsite construction management of multiple agricultural developments in various locations.
  • Civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation.
  • Quote, tender, and manage numerous sub-contractors.
  • Lead the Construction Team of Supervisors.
  • Proactive enough to be hands-on but still undertake preconstruction design and planning.
  • Travel between regional VIC and NSW.

A proven leader with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios within construction organisations is required to deliver multi-million-dollar projects successfully.
