Job Title: Agricultural Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations within our state-of-the-art broiler bird farms in the Tamworth region.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately three to five staff, providing strong leadership and ensuring cost-effective and efficient bird production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily farm operations
  • Collaborate with the farm manager to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in agriculture or a related field
  • Proven experience in agricultural operations management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • High regard for SHEQ standards

Working Hours
