Job Title: Development / Construction Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced leader to oversee multiple agricultural developments across various locations.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, with a strong background in civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation.
  • They should also possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Additional responsibilities include overseeing onsite construction management, managing relationships with stakeholders, and coordinating with sub-contractors.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Strong background in construction management, including civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and build high-performing teams.
