Job Title: Project Coordinator
- Agricultural Development Manager - NSW VIC and NZ.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled project coordinator with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios within construction organisations. You will oversee the onsite construction management of multiple agricultural developments in various locations.
About the Role:
- Develop and expand agricultural activities across NSW VIC and NZ.
- Managing key relationships with stakeholders including processors, customers, WHS, trades, regulatory bodies and employees.
- Oversee civil design, electrical design and water (hydraulic) design and implementation.
- Quote, tender and manage numerous sub contractors.
- Lead the Construction Team of Supervisors.
- Proactive enough to be hands on but still able to undertake preconstruction design and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure planned growth objectives are achieved on time and on budget.
- Travel between regional VIC and NSW is required.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
- Experience working on new build construction projects - Industrial, Commercial, Residential etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in functional briefs, consultant scopes and engagements.
