Agricultural Development Director

This is a strategic leadership role focused on the development and growth of agricultural activities across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders including processors, customers, WHS bodies, trades, regulatory authorities and employees.
- Oversee the construction management of multiple agricultural developments in various locations.
- Procure and manage numerous contractors.
- Lead a team of supervisors and provide strategic direction.
- Ensure successful project delivery through effective stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
- You are an experienced leader with extensive experience managing large-scale portfolios within construction organisations.
- Your background could be from diverse sectors including commercial, industrial, institutional and government projects.
- You possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
- Proven experience working on new build construction projects – industrial, commercial, residential etc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects and be passionate about mentoring and building high-performing teams.
