Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk framework that aligns with organisational objectives.
  • To oversee the compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • To lead first, second, and third-line assurance activities, including reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee.
  • To establish and manage business continuity programs and the fraud control plan.
  • To deliver insightful reports to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and leading enterprise risk management, compliance, and assurance within complex organisations.
  • Extensive experience in implementing frameworks, policies, and systems to mitigate risks and enhance business resilience.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to assess risks and implement effective controls.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Risk Management, or Law.
  • Advanced knowledge of Australian standards relevant to risk and business continuity management.
