About the role

Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut, working across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on sound footing.

We're looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to be a key member of our Australia team. You'll be responsible for implementing cross-functional elements of the risk management framework, including governance structures, maintenance of RAS, and the monitoring and reporting of daily risk exposures.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the risk team and wider business in running the governance cycle and working with committee chairs and senior leadership
• Assisting in developing and implementing risk policies, procedures, key risk indicators and the risk appetite statement
• Monitoring risks against limits and thresholds and producing reports for management and other relevant stakeholders
• Supporting the risk incident management process, including registering risk events and managing and delivering incident reports for senior management and regulators
• Providing guidance on identifying and assessing inherent, net and residual risks and related internal controls
• Monitoring KRI breaches and working with risk owners and the group risk team to resolve them within set timelines
• Working on the New Initiatives Approval Process and ensuring appropriate local SME stakeholder engagement and governance
• Working with Revolut's cutting-edge risk tools and systems to monitor the risk profile of the business

What you'll need

• 3 years of experience in risk management (preferably within financial services)
• Background in enterprise risk management, operational risk management or a related role in a financial institution
• Proven ability to interpret and organise complex data
• Organisational and methodical approach with attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have

• A degree or certification in risk management
• Experience in fintech
