Key Risk Management Role

A business is seeking a skilled professional to shape their risk culture and capability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and tactical risk management.
  • Identify key risks and opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and monitor enterprise-wide risk & assurance plans in collaboration with units.
  • Coach leaders to embed risk awareness in everyday decisions.
  • Provide insights on emerging themes, threats, and opportunities.
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years' experience in risk leadership roles within Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Telco sectors.
  • Deep understanding of ISO 31000 risk management principles.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in risk management and assurance processes.
