Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinician to provide critical incident support across Australia.This role involves delivering psychological first aid and psycho-education to clients affected by critical incidents, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient clinical case management, including escalations, in adherence to policy and procedure requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through empathetic interaction with all stakeholders.
About the Role

In this position, you will work collaboratively with clinical and service delivery teams to ensure the highest standard of support and case management in line with company policies and industry best practices.

Requirements
  • You must be a highly skilled clinician with a strong background in the EAP industry, clinical services, and wellbeing support.
  • At least three years of post-graduate experience is required, with a passion for helping others through crisis situations and providing exceptional customer service.
  • You should excel in both individual and team settings and have a commitment to continuous improvement in clinical practices.
