About the RoleWe seek a highly skilled clinician to join our team as a specialist in critical incidents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing psychological first aid and education to those affected by crises. You will collaborate closely with clinical and service delivery teams to ensure the highest standards of support and case management are met.
About You- You possess strong clinical expertise, with a background in EAP industry, clinical services, and wellbeing support.
- You have at least three years of post-graduate experience and are dedicated to helping others navigate crisis situations while delivering exceptional customer service.
- You are proficient in managing complex cases, working effectively with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory obligations.
- Deliver timely and efficient clinical case management, adhering to policy and procedure requirements.
- Provide psychological first aid and psycho-education to clients affected by critical incidents.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Clinical Leads and Service Delivery Managers, to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by interacting empathetically and proactively with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical processes and practices.
