Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to deliver clinical excellence in critical incident support across Australia.
About the Role- Deliver timely and efficient clinical case management, including escalations, while adhering to policy and procedure requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by interacting empathetically and proactively with all stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in EAP industry, clinical services, and wellbeing support, with at least three years of post-graduate experience.
