We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a time-sensitive, high-profile payroll remediation project.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and correct payroll errors related to entitlements under various Awards
- Perform superannuation recalculations in line with legislation
- Prepare and submit updated data to relevant authorities
- Validate and analyze data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
- Strong background in interpreting Awards
- Experience in payroll remediation or reconciliation projects
- Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
- Desirable but not essential: Chris21/iChris experience
- Available for immediate start and able to commit for minimum 4 weeks
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and team player with a proactive mindset. They will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
