Expert Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist to join our team on a high-profile remediation project. The successful candidate will have strong skills in award interpretation and payroll reconciliation.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Review and correct payroll errors related to entitlements under various awards
  • Perform superannuation recalculations in line with legislation
  • Prepare and submit updated data to the relevant authorities
  • Validate and analyse data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery
  • Contribute to best-practice payroll reconciliation methods
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong background in interpreting awards
  • Experience in payroll remediation or reconciliation projects
  • Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Possess desirable skills in Chris21/iChris software
  • Available for immediate start and able to commit for a minimum of four weeks
  • Proven communication and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset
