Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead business analysis activities to improve domain knowledge and drive continuous improvement of Chapter specific standards, guidelines, and artefacts.
- Provide input into strategic workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure the right skills are matched with the right work at the right time.
- Drive the adoption of agile ways of working and model agile delivery and leadership behaviours to enable Defence Digital Group's new ways of working.
- Act as an expert member of a project team, guiding team members to capture business needs, evaluate solutions, and recommend changes to processes and tools.
- Develop and execute on complex delivery initiatives to drive outcomes and improve productivity.

Requirements- Proven experience in leading business analysis activities and developing individuals and teams to grow professional and technical skills.
- Strong technical background as a business analyst and experience in creating or improving frameworks, procedures, and toolsets.
- Ability to drive outcomes and develop and execute on complex delivery initiatives.
- Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and initiatives.
- Experience in resource planning and allocation.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning new professional and technical skills.
- Knowledge in the application of agile ways of working.
