About the Role

The Caretaker is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and guests outside of regular business hours. This role requires a high level of flexibility, with shifts operating on a rotating roster that includes weekend work and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Register and assign rooms to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
  • Make and confirm reservations, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Respond to maintenance and housekeeping requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct routine walk-around checks to ensure the park's facilities and grounds are well-maintained.
  • Participate in grounds and maintenance duties as directed.
  • Take responsibility for the night phone when on call.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • National Police check
  • Fire and Emergency Evacuation Accreditation
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
