Volunteer Attraction Specialist

This is a key role in supporting the community and working closely with our team to develop and implement volunteer attraction strategies across aged care and community programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for volunteer recruitment and retention
  • Build relationships with local churches, community groups, and partner organisations
  • Manage onboarding and support processes for volunteers
  • Collaborate with program leaders to forecast volunteer needs and improve retention
  • Assist the People and Culture team with workforce data analysis and reporting
  • Provide insights into volunteer and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Support the development of dashboards and tools to track recruitment and engagement metrics
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or HR analytics
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
