
Strategic Volunteer Coordinator

This is a key role in supporting the community and working closely with our team to develop and implement volunteer attraction strategies across aged care and community programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for volunteer recruitment and retention
- Build relationships with local churches, community groups, and partner organisations
- Manage onboarding and support processes for volunteers
- Collaborate with program leaders to forecast volunteer needs and improve retention
- Assist the People and Culture team with workforce data analysis and reporting
- Provide insights into volunteer and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions
- Support the development of dashboards and tools to track recruitment and engagement metrics
- Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or HR analytics
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
