This role involves assessing and providing intervention for paediatric clients with various diagnoses and disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing interventions to promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Providing ongoing therapy and skill-building sessions to promote client progress and independence.
You'll work closely with our dedicated team of OT professionals in our growing NDIS division, who are passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a similar setting.
- Registration with AHPRA (or ability to register).
- A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- The ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
