Employment Services Manager

We are seeking a high-performing professional to lead and mentor a team of Employment Consultants in shaping the future of Inclusive Employment in Australia.

  • Lead a team using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver high-quality services reflecting our values and responding to participant strengths and aspirations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance for smooth service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers for inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes driving continuous improvement through data and feedback.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs.
