Employment Leadership Development Manager

We are seeking a high-performing professional to lead and mentor a team of employment consultants in delivering person-centred services that reflect our values. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
About the Role- Lead and mentor a team of employment consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
- Deliver high-quality services that respond to each participant's strengths and aspirations.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
- Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities.
- Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
- Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Access to specialist IPS training and evidence-based practices.

- Partnerships with multi-disciplinary professionals, including Psychologists, OTs, and Speech Pathologists.
