Occupational Therapist - Home and Community Services

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a unique opportunity for a varied and autonomous role in Community Aged Care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive OT assessments for clients with complex needs.
  • Provide specific OT services, including home assessments and advice on daily living activities.
  • Facilitate community-based Health and Wellness programs.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with postgraduate experience.
  • Current registration with the relevant health profession association.
  • Experience in equipment prescription, home modifications, and falls prevention.
