Quality Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Specialist to support and enhance operational standards across our group of early childhood services.

  1. Conduct quality assessments across services, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards and our balanced scorecard standards.
  2. Provide recommendations to enhance operational performance and meet National Quality Framework requirements.
  3. Use reporting tools to evaluate quality outcomes and deliver data-driven insights.

You will identify and support training needs for centre managers and service teams, foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coach and mentor leaders to drive continuous improvement and best practices, and represent us as a guest speaker at Centre Manager meetings when required.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Experience in internal auditing, coaching, and assessment.
  • Strong understanding of ACECQA requirements and compliance standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check and Driver's Licence.
