Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency and excellence across our QLD operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the performance of multiple branches within the region, ensuring adherence to company standards and key performance indicators.
  • Manage and optimize staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and resource allocation, balancing the needs of the business with employee preferences and contractual requirements.
  • Work closely with finance teams to monitor and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and human resources, to align operational strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the NDIS and Disability sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Experience in rostering and workforce planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
