**Job Title:** Site Manager or Electrical Technician

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our operations and maintenance team for upcoming projects in regional QLD. As a site manager or electrical technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our solar and renewable energy projects.

**Job Description:**
As a site manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, promoting a safety culture, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. You will coordinate activities with clients and stakeholders, manage documentation, and supervise technicians and contractors.

As an electrical technician, you will perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems. You will develop SOPs, provide training, ensure safety compliance, and maintain records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- For Site Managers: Minimum 2 years' experience in operations and maintenance of utility-scale solar or renewable projects, or equivalent transferrable experience. Electrical qualification (Diploma/degree preferred), relevant electrical license, LVR/CPR, First Aid certifications required.
- For Electrical Technicians: Extensive electrical maintenance, repair, and installation experience. Valid QLD electrical license, driver's license, current LVR/CPR, and First Aid certificates required.
