This program fosters character and resource development, benefiting both mentors and participants alike.

Program Overview

The successful mentees will be offered a role as an Assistant Gymnastics Instructor, with opportunities for full gymnastics qualifications and career advancement in this industry.

Requirements

  • Know when to seek guidance and support
Program Obligations
  • Complete all pre-program coursework and online training
  • Attend all scheduled lessons and coaching sessions
  • Familiarize yourself with the YMCA Coaches Handbook
  • Complete assigned homework tasks
  • Submit ongoing evaluation forms
