Business Development Role: Client Relationship Expert

• Located in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding client relationships.

• As a seasoned business development professional specializing in the Insurance sector, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

• Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges, and acting as the main point of contact.

• You will also identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions, and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

• Additionally, you will proactively seek new business opportunities, develop and execute a strategic business development plan, and stay informed about industry trends and market changes.

• A successful business development professional will work closely with internal teams, provide feedback from clients, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.

• To succeed in this role, you will require minimum 6+ years of experience in the Insurance sector as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager, sales expertise from a Tier 1 company, and Australian citizenship and permanent residency.
