About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth through key relationships, responsive support, and strategic collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, lead contract renewals, and develop strategic account plans aligned with each client's goals and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  2. Lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring outcomes that benefit both the customer and our organization.
  3. Develop strategic account plans aligned with each client's goals and challenges, leveraging our services.
  4. Maintain accurate records of account activity and provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  6. Support customers across key servicing journeys including onboarding, provisioning, and ongoing account management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in account management with a focus on customer engagement and solution delivery.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions, tracking renewal opportunities, and coordinating service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer queries within agreed SLAs.
  • Experience handling escalations and collaborating with internal teams to achieve resolution.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
