Action Areas:

  • Product (care & knowledge): Possess expert-level knowledge of creations and communicate their stories through compelling narration.
  • Operations: Ensure full compliance with operational guidelines, including after-sales assistance and product transfer requests.
  • Events Support: Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute in-store events and city-specific client activations.
  • Team: Serve as a role model, inspiring colleagues to elevate their capabilities and embrace values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive personal sales and contribute to store performance.
  2. Analyze client behavior and preferences.
  3. Ensure full compliance with operational guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with the Store Manager on event execution.
  5. Act as a point of reference for store staff team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates expertise in clienteling.
  • Has a deep understanding of the correlation between each step of the client experience and its associated KPIs.
  • Is able to analyze client behavior and preferences.
