Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to lead estimating excellence and client value across High Voltage Transmission/Substations and Renewables or Building Services projects.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end estimating processes on projects, directing production of Quantity Surveying/Estimating deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, including verification and review of procedures.
  • Manage and deliver work across projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project teams to plan, develop, deliver, and operate multidisciplinary projects.
  • Mentor junior QS/Estimators within specialist disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and estimating.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
