Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing estimating teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of estimators to implement continued improvements to processes across estimating
  • Produce initial pricing that is rigorous and can carry through to the construction phase
  • Schedule and hold regular training sessions for estimating staff
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with administrators and related team members
  • Identify the best fit supply chain solutions for the business
Key Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of medium density construction
  • Familiarity with proprietary estimating software such as Procore or Cubit
  • Strong supplier and trade networks
  • Ability to work together with production estimators and other BU staff
