Customer Service Officer Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Officer to join our Corporate Services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our community and deliver exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with enquiries, supporting administrative processes, providing Department of Transport licensing services, and ensuring accurate payment processing.

You will work closely with our Corporate Services team to maintain efficient services and create a positive experience for every customer. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support administrative processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide Department of Transport licensing services as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
  1. Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or legal working rights.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
