Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute multi-channel customer marketing campaigns in collaboration with various teams across the organization.
  • Craft compelling customer communications by distilling product information and value propositions, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance guidelines.
  • Drive retention programs through data-driven insights and targeted strategies.
  • Analyse data to inform campaign strategies, measure impact, and continuously improve results.
  • Report and optimise campaign performance, uncovering opportunities to enhance outcomes and refine strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of business or retail banking products, including deposits, payments, and loans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with copywriting experience highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer or lifecycle marketing, ideally within finance or tech organisations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence at all levels, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
