We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Gough Recruitment AU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the administrative and marketing aspects of the sales process
  • Provide support to top-performing agents
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
  • Assist agents with database management and help them meet deadlines
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Welcome clients and handle general reception duties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
  • Organise photoshoots and assist with other related tasks

  • This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is essential
  • A current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is required
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills
  • An own car and valid driver's license are necessary
