Customer Service Champion

Parking Attendant | The Star Gold Coast
  • Provide exceptional service to valued members and guests while maintaining a watchful eye on our carpark surveillance system.
  • Deliver a safe and efficient carpark experience to all guests who visit our property.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage the Car Park Desk ensuring exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  2. Process payments and validate parking tickets for members, guests and team members.
  3. Monitor car park capacity, ensuring parking regulations are adhered to.
  4. Replenish and maintain ticket terminals.
  5. Maintain a safe and orderly carpark environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.
