Guest Services Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Guest Services Ambassador to provide exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling all guest arrivals and departures, including luggage transport and storage. They will also assist with guest enquiries and requests, ensuring familiarity with the property, hotels, guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and casino.

In addition, they will park and collect guest vehicles promptly as required and provide general information on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle all guest arrivals and departures, including luggage transport and storage
  • Assist with guest enquiries and requests, ensuring familiarity with the property, hotels, guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and casino
  • Park and collect guest vehicles promptly as required
  • Provide general information on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
