Job Title: Asset Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial assets. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic asset plans to optimise value and leasing outcomes, managing leasing strategies and coordinating with internal and external agents, analysing market trends and valuation models to support capital transactions, overseeing capex projects to enhance tenant experience and asset performance, driving property-level performance through budget management, forecasting and reporting, providing leadership and strategic direction to property and facilities teams, and managing valuation processes, investment returns and operational risk across the portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Asset Management, preferably across both Retail, Office and Industrial assets
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset with a focus on value-add opportunities
  • Experience in property leasing, budgeting, capex and tenant negotiations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Real Estate or a related discipline
  • Proficiency with property management systems and financial modelling tools
