Product Innovation Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the transformation of complex workflows in enterprise environments. You will have a pivotal role in shaping user experiences, solving intricate design challenges, and driving measurable improvements for thousands of users.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead UI/UX enhancements across the platform, with an initial focus on redesigning intake and matter management products, modernising workflows, and introducing a design system.
  • Conduct extensive user research and discovery to develop a comprehensive understanding of target user personas and integrate this knowledge into every design decision.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualise, prototype, and deliver user-centric experiences that drive business outcomes.
  • Establish and evolve a scalable design system, enhancing consistency and design quality across a large and complex product landscape.
  • Influence both execution and product direction, bringing user insights into strategic conversations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product design for SaaS, preferably within complex workflow or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong UX strategy and UI execution skills, with experience in conducting discovery and user testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop or scale design systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with component libraries like Storybook.
  • Able to collaborate effectively, influencing product direction as well as execution.
  • Bonus: exposure to AI-powered products or front-end development.
