Transforming the Circular Economy

We are on a mission to keep billions of drink containers out of landfill and transform them into resources that can be used again and again.

This role is an integral part of shaping the user experience of our B2B platform, elevating Product and Design Thinking across the organisation.

Your initial focus will be on 1-2 primary product areas undergoing redevelopment in new technology. You'll use your skills to help us simplify and refine, ensuring that we cater for edge cases thoroughly.

We're seeking a rigorous thinker who can leverage insights to craft impactful user experiences for our clients, advocating for good design and emphasising the importance of usable B2B experiences.

You'll thrive in a scale-up environment with evolving processes, embracing ambiguity and naturally sharing work early, involving others, and leading toward desired outcomes.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll work closely with Developers, Product Managers and other stakeholders to achieve outstanding product outcomes.

The Key Deliverables of the Role

You'll bring clarity and coherence to design choices through effective utilisation of user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. You'll validate and refine designs through user research and usability testing, and have a passion for enhancing product quality.

Additional Responsibilities Include

Advocating for prioritisation of changes, refinements, and improvements in the user experience that deliver greater product value. Ensuring consistency across all areas of the product and services by maintaining and updating the design system and documentation. Elevating product quality by setting a high bar for user experience excellence and producing high-quality work. Collaborating across multiple teams and solving complex problems with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

5+ years' experience in a UX focused Product Design role. Proficiency in designing and prototyping using Figma. Proven track record in conducting user research, analysing results, and presenting findings with recommendations. Good understanding of UI design principles and techniques. Experience working with design systems to produce high-quality and functional designs that scale. Practise data-driven and evidence-based design, with the ability to articulate decisions clearly and credibly. Experience developing B2B user journeys that make complex processes simple and usable.

Desirable Skills

Experience working in a SaaS company.
