Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformational Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design community, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our products and services.

Your primary focus will be on designing seamless, intelligent experiences that transform how we operate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end user flows and screens based on requirements.

You will own the design for various domains within our Design team, iterating on and improving existing experiences. This will involve collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and subject matter experts to define the problem space and align on solutions.

You will engage with internal colleagues and customers to validate your designs and ensure they are user-friendly, fit for market, and reduce operational risk. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate design decisions using visuals and storytelling to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.

In addition to your design expertise, you will contribute to a strong design community—sharing, critiquing, and growing alongside a team of talented designers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Product Designer, ideally in complex industries such as banking, finance, fintech, insurance, or trading.
  • Strong UX and UI skills, with a keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout. You bring good taste and know how to create polished, high-quality work.
  • Experience designing for complex systems, where multiple user types and workflows need to be considered.
  • A natural ability to communicate, aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive great design outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems, ensuring scalable and maintainable designs.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills—you don't just execute, you think critically about how to improve experiences and challenge assumptions.
